Sales Representative (CSR) -ACA

We are hiring a Sales Representative (CSR) for our ACA campaign.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls related to ACA
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and eligibility questions
• Transfer calls to licensed agents when required
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and accurate records

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Call center or healthcare experience (min: 6 months preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts
