Trainer For Call Center

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ACA & Medicare Call Center Trainer to deliver training programs for agents handling Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicare products. The trainer will support onboarding, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives within the call center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ACA and Medicare training for new and existing agents.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and update training materials.
  • Monitor calls and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Track training effectiveness and agent performance.
  • Stay updated on ACA and Medicare policy changes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center trainer (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of ACA and Medicare experience (required).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in coaching, call monitoring, and performance management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
