Customer Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
