Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to manage and expand our export sales of automotive spare parts, focusing on American vehicle brands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-line sales within the automotive spares industry, particularly in the UAE and GCC re-export markets. A strong track record in customer acquisition, sales growth, and market development is essential.

Age Range:

30 – 35 years

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in assigned regions
  • Expand customer base in American vehicle segment
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Improve profit margins through strategic pricing
  • Explore new business opportunities in export markets
  • Product sourcing and development collaboration

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales volume and revenue growth
  • New customers acquired
  • Customer retention rate
  • Gross margin improvement
  • Number of successful negotiations and closures
  • Market share growth in target segments

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma preferred (Not essential if experience compensates)

Specialization:

  • Auto Spare Parts – American Vehicle Brands (Ford, Chevrolet, Tesla, Dodge, Jeep, Cadillac, GMC, and Lincoln)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for export markets
  • Identify new business opportunities in American vehicle segment
  • Maintain strong network with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with purchasing team for sourcing and product development
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth part number-level knowledge of American vehicle spares
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong margin and sales management skills
  • Strategic thinker with analytical ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and team-oriented
  • Willingness to travel as required

Work Experience:

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in export sales of automotive spare parts
  • Minimum 5 years overall sales experience, preferably in UAE/GCC markets
  • Must have experience with genuine and aftermarket parts
  • Experience in product development/purchasing is an advantage

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic is an advantage

Gender:

  • Male candidates preferred (due to frequent travel requirements)
