We are growing our community and looking for a dynamic, creative, and people-first professional to join us as Assistant Manager – Social Media & Events.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager – Social Media & Events, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and growing our digital presence across platforms.
  • Conceptualizing and managing community events that foster connections.
  • Using AI tools, content trends, and data to drive visibility, engagement, and footfall.

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand voice, building a loyal audience, and enhancing member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content formats — reels, carousels, behind-the-scenes, member stories.
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, and scheduling platforms to generate, design, and publish content.
  • Monitor trends and algorithm updates to keep content strategy fresh.
  • Drive follower growth and community engagement across platforms.
  • Collaborate with design and content vendors, photographers, or freelancers as needed.
  • Run and optimize paid promotions and targeted campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn Ads).
  • Track analytics, generate reports, and suggest data-led improvements.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan, coordinate, and host in-house events — mixers, wellness sessions, founder talks, workshops, pop-ups, etc.
  • Build partnerships with brands, speakers, and creators for events and collaborations.
  • Handle all event logistics, vendor coordination, member invites, and post-event engagement.
  • Maintain strong on-ground presence and rapport with members.
  • Create event recaps and coverage for digital sharing.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, event management, or community building.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content trends.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong people skills — approachable, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.
  • Experience in coworking, hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands is a big plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
