AMR Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site installation and commissioning of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) systems
• Lead technical teams during installation, testing, and integration phases
• Coordinate site activities in line with the project schedule
• Maintain clear communication with the client to ensure transparency and timely progress
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
• Manage and maintain order in subcontractor-related site processes
• Check technical drawings, application details, and ensure project compliance on-site
• Plan material requirements and monitor procurement processes
• Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager

Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, etc.)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related commissioning projects
• Hands-on experience with AGV/AMR systems, automation, or robotics in field operations
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and EPLAN diagrams
• Experience in project management and team coordination
• Ability to travel and work actively on-site
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting skills
• Preferably able to read and understand technical documents in English

Education

• Bachelor of Mechatronic Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering or other equivalent

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in industrial automation commissioning projects
• Knowledge of PLC, sensors, and AGV software integration
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license (B Class)
• Fluent in English
