GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing the IT contract's life cycle, which includes changes, modifications, and the application of performance clauses, including incentives and solutions. Reviews and directs vendor activities, ensuring the vendor's performance meets expectations. Works closely with various business units, as required, to drive transparency around IT costs and consumption. Provides support to internal areas in vendor contracting and payment processes. Responsible for managing the full invoice cycle related to active supplier contracts. Provides support to external suppliers regarding status updates, inquiries, follow-ups, payments, and other related matters. Monitors the day-to-day vendor operations and performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), examines measured results for problem determination and root-cause analysis, and works with the vendors on continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supports the full life cycle of IT vendor contracts, including drafting, modifications, renewals, and performance management. Manages the end-to-end invoice processing cycle for active supplier contracts. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

• Maintains the contract management database, ensuring accurate records of obligations, deliverables, and change documentation. Collaborates with the Legal Department to incorporate appropriate terms and protections into contracts.

• Monitors vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, analyzes results, and coordinates corrective actions or process improvements.

• Manages and controls access to contract documentation in accordance with company standards.

• Assists in managing commercial and financial agreements with suppliers, including billing, incentives, and performance-related terms.

• Tracks and analyzes market data and vendor trends to support recommendations for sourcing and cost optimization.

• Manages vendor license compliance and lifecycle activities, including renewals, modifications, and reporting.

• Prepares and communicates clear summaries of contract terms, risks, and performance insights to relevant stakeholders.

• Provides operational support to internal business units involved in contract administration and vendor payment processes.

• Provides support to external suppliers regarding status updates, inquiries, follow-ups, and payment-related matters.

• Ensures compliance with internal policies and contractual terms throughout the invoicing process.

• Responsible of the preparation and validation of monthly performance metrics, facilitate review meetings to drive actionable insights and process improvements, and ensure accurate documentation and accessibility of meeting outcomes.
• Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
• May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience: A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Administration is preferred. At least two (2) years of experience in service best practices, quality concepts and practices, performance testing, regression testing, vulnerability testing, analysis, software, quality metrics, and other techniques.
