We're currently looking for a Purchasing Analyst 1 to join our team in Franklin, TN.

This role will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate internal and external parties to support Purchasing Strategy, Communications and Supplier Relations activities. These activities may include development of purchasing strategy initiatives, such as commodity, partner and supplier panel management, as well as Purchasing Sustainability activities.

A Day in the Life:

• Support development and implementation of Purchasing strategy projects, communications, and supplier relations activities including, but not limited to, procurement strategy initiatives, internal and supplier event coordination, partner and supplier panel management, and department and executive meeting management.
• Support all aspects of written Purchasing communications, including, but not limited to, internal and supplier newsletter content creation and development of presentations and executive speech writing.
• Support efforts to organize and manage supplier contact information, sustainability reporting, organizational analysis, and reporting, and as necessary, perform other related analytical and/or clerical duties, of which the above are representative.

Who We're Looking for:

• Experience with purchasing processes. Strong initiative, organization, planning, and time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, supporting NNA, NCI, NMEX, or as assigned. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• 1+ years of experience at a professional level in related field (purchasing experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, a related major, or equivalent job training.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look Up), PowerPoint, Qualtrics, other PC applications, and online / mainframe applications as necessary to produce non-standard, creative products.
