Position Overview:
QinetiQ US seeks a skilled Analyst responsible for supporting federal law enforcement agency client in generating business requirements to ensure I.T. systems meet the operational and reporting needs of each field office, agency leadership, and all stakeholders. You will assist in coordinating the prioritization of I.T. solutions and support the development of new and modernization of existing technologies in support of agency objectives. You will work with enterprise tools including ServiceNow, Oracle, Microsoft Power Suite, and various IT management platforms to help translate operational needs into technical requirements. Must have the ability to learn and communicate technical concepts effectively to federal government clients and law enforcement stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Organize, facilitate, and actively attend meetings, working sessions, and briefings.

Conduct meetings to gather and analyze requirements.
-
Conduct data analysis using all forms of data along with providing recommendations based on findings.

Teaching and training team members and new hires in support processes, tools, and technologies.

Data entry and updates to agency systems.

Assist with coordination of data calls.

Provide reporting in multiple forms such as Power Bi, Excel, and Power Point

Review and assist in updating governance documents such as policies and ensure they align with agency standards.

Recommend and implement process improvements and solutions.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Attention to detail in all work-related aspects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field with 2 to 3 years of experience in IT business analysis, requirements gathering, or technology support within federal agencies, particularly in law enforcement or homeland security environments

Basic experience in business requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement - including supporting meetings with operational leadership, documenting business needs, and assisting in the translation of operational requirements into technical specifications for IT systems

Foundational knowledge of IT service management and enterprise systems - including exposure to ServiceNow ITSM processes, IT portfolio management concepts, and understanding of how technology solutions support mission-critical law enforcement operations

Understanding of federal IT governance and compliance frameworks - including basic familiarity with federal regulations, agency operational requirements, and the role of technology in supporting immigration enforcement and removal operations

Strong analytical and communication skills - with the ability to support cross-functional teams, document requirements clearly, interface with Field and agency HQ stakeholders, and assist in presenting technical information to diverse audiences including senior leadership and operational personnel

Minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant experience

Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate federal security clearance.

Background investigation required.
