Job Overview:
The Analyst at Dial Zero is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive client growth and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on identifying high-potential accounts, building performance dashboards, and tracking product adoption across clients. By partnering with client-facing and strategy teams, the Analyst ensures data accuracy, consistency, and relevance—enabling informed, timely, and impactful business conversations.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-potential clients/accounts for quarterly focus.
  • Build and maintain internal scorecards and dashboards to track client growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and performance reports for client-facing teams.
  • Track adoption of new products and analyze their impact on performance.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for playbooks and strategy frameworks.
  • Develop standardized reporting templates and automation to enable faster client conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Client Partners, Strategists, and Sales Team) to ensure data alignment and shared understanding of insights.
  • Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and methods to enhance analytical capabilities and business impact.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in data analysis, media planning, or performance marketing
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio), and SQL (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and stories for client conversations.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
