Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Generation: Create precise technical and financial proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our service offerings.
• Research & Development: Conduct research to support the development of new solutions across various service lines and departments.
• Quality Initiative Support: Actively support and execute key quality initiatives across the entire organization to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Commercial Team Enablement: Work closely with the commercial team to provide them with the documentation and data needed to win new business.

You are an analytical powerhouse with exceptional command of data and presentation tools. You are a fast learner, able to quickly absorb information about new service lines and synthesize it into clear, persuasive documents. You have a meticulous eye for detail and thrive in a support role that requires high-level document production and bilingual communication.

• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English & Arabic.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent Power point & Excel skills are non-negotiable for proposal and data work.
• Detail Orientation: Unwavering commitment to accuracy in financial and technical content.
• Solution-Oriented Research: Strong research skills to support new solution development.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English and Arabic is a MUST.
• Education: University Degree.
• Extra Points That Matter: Prior experience in Human Resources (HR) or a related consulting field is a plus.
• Work Location: Onsite.
