The Feasibility Studies Analyst supports the Strategy & Investment team by delivering market-driven feasibility assessments, product mix evaluations, pricing strategies, and early-stage development insights across UAE and international markets. The role enables informed decisions on land acquisitions, JV structures, and project concept development.
Responsibilities

Conduct detailed market research across residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use assets.

Analyze supply, demand, pricing shifts, absorption velocity, and competitive landscape.

Benchmark competing developments (PSF pricing, unit mix, amenities, payment plans).

Evaluate FAR, GFA, efficiency ratios, density, and land utilization strategies.

Identify market gaps and recommend optimal product positioning and unit mix.

Prepare pricing assumptions, construction cost benchmarks, unit mix scenarios.

Assist in land valuation using market evidence and feasibility indicators.

Support assessment of acquisition structures, JV models, development rights.

Conduct SWOT, PESTEL, macro-trend analysis, and project risk mapping.

Provide validated assumptions for financial modeling conducted by the financial team.

Prepare feasibility summaries, market decks, strategic presentations, and concept briefs.

Support LOIs, SPAs, JV negotiations with analytical justification.

Prepare project teasers and investment summaries for management and partners.

Maintain feasibility pipeline trackers and development evaluation dashboards.

Collect and validate market data from UAE platforms and global real estate databases.

Maintain an internal benchmarking repository for pricing, sizes, demand cycles.

Build Power BI dashboards for price trends, supply timelines, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, Urban Planning, or Engineering.

1-2 years’ experience in feasibility studies, market research, or investment analysis.

Industry exposure in UAE/GCC real estate development or advisory.

Advanced Excel and Power BI required; Argus/Estate Master is a plus.

Strong analytical writing, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
