 The HR Payroll &amp; Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll operations, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws.

 Payroll Management

 Prepare, process, and review monthly payroll for all employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Benefits Administration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage employee benefits programs (medical insurance, allowances, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact for benefits-related queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefits offerings.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Compliance &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure payroll and benefits practices comply with Egyptian labor laws and tax regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with external auditors, government authorities, and insurance providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports for management.
 </li>

 Employee Support

 Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits matters.

 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in Egypt.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of integrity and attention to detail.
 </li>

 The Feasibility Studies Analyst supports the Strategy &amp; Investment team by delivering market-driven feasibility assessments, product mix evaluations, pricing strategies, and early-stage development insights across UAE and international markets. The role enables informed decisions on land acquisitions, JV structures, and project concept development.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct detailed market research across residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze supply, demand, pricing shifts, absorption velocity, and competitive landscape.
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark competing developments (PSF pricing, unit mix, amenities, payment plans).
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate FAR, GFA, efficiency ratios, density, and land utilization strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify market gaps and recommend optimal product positioning and unit mix.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare pricing assumptions, construction cost benchmarks, unit mix scenarios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in land valuation using market evidence and feasibility indicators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support assessment of acquisition structures, JV models, development rights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct SWOT, PESTEL, macro-trend analysis, and project risk mapping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide validated assumptions for financial modeling conducted by the financial team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare feasibility summaries, market decks, strategic presentations, and concept briefs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support LOIs, SPAs, JV negotiations with analytical justification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare project teasers and investment summaries for management and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain feasibility pipeline trackers and development evaluation dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect and validate market data from UAE platforms and global real estate databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an internal benchmarking repository for pricing, sizes, demand cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build Power BI dashboards for price trends, supply timelines, and competitive positioning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, Urban Planning, or Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in feasibility studies, market research, or investment analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry exposure in UAE/GCC real estate development or advisory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel and Power BI required; Argus/Estate Master is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical writing, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
 </li>
