Job Description:
Assist in the execution and delivery of client assignments.
Duties Responsibilities
- Independently gathering data pertinent to the assignment through on-site collection of data relating to scope of work agreed

Presentations, writing reports, white paper, impact briefing analysis on any major announcements.

Track city real estate segments - residential, commercial, retail, logistics, warehousing, co-living, etc

Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc, & data verifications.

Tracking economic performance indicators, policy initiatives, investments.
Skills
- Proficient in excel, word and PPT.

Report Writing, Analytical and Logic Application & Derivations

Market orientation & awareness

Ability to work under pressure (profile involves inter-departmental coordination and collaboration)

Educational Qualifications:
