Job Description:

Assist in the execution and delivery of client assignments.

Duties Responsibilities

  • Independently gathering data pertinent to the assignment through on-site collection of data relating to scope of work agreed
  • Presentations, writing reports, white paper, impact briefing analysis on any major announcements.
  • Track city real estate segments - residential, commercial, retail, logistics, warehousing, co-living, etc
  • Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc, & data verifications.
  • Tracking economic performance indicators, policy initiatives, investments.

Skills

  • Proficient in excel, word and PPT.
  • Report Writing, Analytical and Logic Application & Derivations
  • Market orientation & awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure (profile involves inter-departmental coordination and collaboration)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • High level of integrity and work ethic

Other Requirements

  • Willing to Travel / Field Visits

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Architecture/ Urban Planning.
