Assistant Manager – Analytics Specialist

Location: Mumbai BKC OAW

• Job Description: Abbott Healthcare is seeking an Analytics professional to deliver actionable intelligence through descriptive analytics and statistics, as well as drive performance of deployed analytical models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Job Responsibilities: • Conduct descriptive and exploratory data analysis based on the business problem, and deliver understandable and actionable intelligence to the stakeholders

• • Monitor deployed analytical models for performance, accuracy, and business relevance • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve model outcomes

• • Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to refine models based on feedback and evolving business needs
• • Develop dashboards and reporting using MS Excel and Power BI, to track model KPIs and business impact
• • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in analytics processes and tools. Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

• • Strong quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills • Strong in data analysis using Python and Advanced Excel; applied knowledge of statistics is required • Ability to build dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI •

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of advanced analytics, and machine learning models – time series, regression, classification and clustering algorithms • Proactive mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environment

• Education Qualification: Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Engineering Work Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in Data Analytics or related fields
