Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end separation process for employees (voluntary and involuntary exits).
Ensure timely collection of company assets and clearance from all departments.
Prepare and process full & final settlement, relieving letters, and experience certificates.
Maintain accurate records of separation cases in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Liaise with Payroll, Finance, and IT teams for smooth clearance and settlement.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on separation policies.
Identify gaps in the separation process and recommend improvements.
Support automation initiatives for offboarding workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–1 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in offboarding/separation.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
