Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will bring proven hands‑on expertise with the RouteOne application, a key qualification for effectively supporting Dealer Persona workflows.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst Job Responsibilities Include

• Act as the primary BSA/QA support for the RouteOne application, ensuring seamless functionality for dealer users.
• Plan, create, and execute test cases while managing defect identification, documentation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into clear and actionable test scenarios.
• Perform functional testing of RouteOne features, workflows, and integrations specific to Toyota/Lexus dealership operations.
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and user support for RouteOne application issues encountered by dealership personnel.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and business processes while contributing to continuous process improvements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8–11 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and QA.
• Proven hands‑on experience with the RouteOne application, preferably supporting Dealer Persona.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and dealer workflows within the RouteOne platform.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $51.00 per hour
