Description :
- Responsible for requirements gathering and requirements analysis.
- Networks with internal and external stakeholders, conducts interviews and gathers data for analysis.
- Assists with identifying reports, journals and other market data for incorporation into overall analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to understand current state and to identify the future state for the proposed solution.
- Analyze data and identify gaps in the proposed solution, make recommendations for resolving gaps, and monitor results.
- Responsible for overall coordination of user acceptance testing and training.
Key Qualifications :
- PMO support requires the person to be extremely versatile and open to learning new skills based on the need and scope
- Will require hands on work, ability to get into tools, configure, drill down into project statuses, analyze data etc.
- Strong analytical skills with continuous process improvement mind set.
- Ability to use data to tell a story, drive root cause analysis and extract actionable insight. (This will require telling story using various methods – Keynote, Tableau dashboarding, Excel)
- Understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that you can support setting standards, propose po licy, and coach others.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative.
- Good communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and an ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Downtime process for the Sales Applications. This will require stakeholder management and “getting things done”
- Maintain the process repository and make enhancements as needed
- Roll out surveys to get feedback, analyse the data, follow through on action planning etc
- Enable Process improvement and efficiency across the portfolio.
- Provide visibility and transparency around relative value through metrics and reporting.
- The scope is not exhaustive, but versatility is key.
- A person with a great learning aptitude and willingness to learn new skills and ace them will be important to this role
Salary Range: $70,000 - $138,000 a yea
