
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources into structured reporting frameworks
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation
- Develop and maintain dynamic Excel dashboards using advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and charts
- Automate recurring reports and workflows using VBA Macros and Excel automation tools
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS and performance reports
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions
Requirements:
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/IFS, SUMIFS, Arrays, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot)
- Strong experience with VBA Macros and workflow automation
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is highly advantageous
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
