Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources into structured reporting frameworks
  • Perform trend analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and data reconciliation
  • Develop and maintain dynamic Excel dashboards using advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and charts
  • Automate recurring reports and workflows using VBA Macros and Excel automation tools
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS and performance reports
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF/IFS, SUMIFS, Arrays, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot)
  • Strong experience with VBA Macros and workflow automation
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is highly advantageous
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
