Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analyst 5, Business Applications to join our team. In this senior-level position, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, implementing, and optimizing business applications to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead complex business application projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize existing business applications and introduce new technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Perform advanced data analysis and create comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in business application management and implementation
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the professional development of the team
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in business applications and recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications


Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business analysis or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization software
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Advanced project management skills with relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Deep understanding of business processes and workflows across various industries
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex business application projects
  • Experience in process improvement and optimization
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Workday experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
