This is a Full-Time position ideal for a candidate who can provide insightful data analysis and financial reporting to support our continued growth and commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing project performance, identifying market trends, and contributing to the strategic decisions that uphold our reputation for superior service and quality craftsmanship.


Key Responsibilities


 

  • Analyse project costs, resource allocation, and overall profitability to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and business forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Monitor industry and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to support the development of pricing strategies and project bids.
  • Evaluate internal operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Maintain the integrity of company data and manage key databases to ensure accuracy for reporting.
  • Support the development of the annual budget and contribute to long-term strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills


 

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven professional experience in a business or financial analyst role.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience within the construction or trade services industry is highly desirable but not essential.
