Job Title: Analyst - Internal Audit

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our Internal Audit team. This role combines foundational internal audit practices with a strong emphasis on leveraging big data analytics to enhance our audit capabilities. You will be instrumental in executing audit engagements, identifying risks, uncovering insights from data, and supporting data-driven audit conclusions. Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audit Execution:

Ø Participate in all phases of internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting, under the guidance of senior team members.

Ø Assist in developing audit work programs and testing procedures.

Ø Document audit work papers clearly and concisely, ensuring they meet professional standards.

Ø Identify and assess risks, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, and determine compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Ø Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Ø Work closely and independently with internal audit team members, IT, and business stakeholders to understand audit objectives, data requirements.Ø Develop and implement audit-specific data queries, scripts, and dashboards to support audit objectives and continuous monitoring.

Ø Provide data-driven insights and evidence to substantiate audit findings and recommendations.

Requisite technical skills:

Apply one OR more of Data Analytics Techniques (e.g., trend analysis, regression analysis, clustering, anomaly detection, verification of algorithm or as appropriate using JAVA, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar as relevant to Internal Audit.

Qualification(s):

Tech Savy: CIA (pursuing / completed), OR Inter CA with 1-3 years experience OR MBA in Finance

And / OR

ISO 27001:2022 (pursuing / completed)

And

Necessary Diploma / Certification to in support of requisite technical skills as above.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
