Analyst-Accounts Payable Senior

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Informatics & Information Services leadership team in the role of Analyst-Accounts Payable Senior. This is a Direct Hire and remote within the IU Health footprint.

Scope:

  • Successfully completes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) program, Received Not Invoiced (RNI) and tax out of balance reports.
  • Reviews and corrects invoices through the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) exception queue.
  • Works to effectively troubleshoot, resolve or escalate data processing matters.
  • Researches and responds to daily inquiries from internal and external customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
  • Performs accurate data entry of large volume of invoices and enters and verifies invoice information into the AP system module from electronic invoice copies.

  • Reports to: AP Manager

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.

  • Requires 3-5 years’ experience in accounts payable or related field.

  • Requires experience using Microsoft Office products/applications.

  • Post-secondary training and/or education in accounting, bookkeeping, information management or related experience is a plus.

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and document imaging systems is preferred.
