Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics & Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of experience in campaign analytics, performance marketing, and end-to-end digital marketing strategy execution. This role requires strong analytical ability and deep digital marketing expertise to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI.

Must-Have Skills

5–6 years of experience in marketing analytics and digital marketing.

Strong command of SQL, Excel/Sheets, Tableau.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and campaign management.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

Ability to convert complex data into simple insights.

Good communication and storytelling skills.
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Python, Pyspark or R for advanced analytics.

Knowledge of incrementality testing.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Clickstream, Ads, and Google Analytics) and the data they generate.

Experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Analytics.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
