Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to bolster our Title and Escrow operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Title Insurance industry standards, covering the entire spectrum from generating title commitments to overseeing closing and post-closing procedures. Exceptional communication and customer service abilities are a must, as well as managing tasks within a fast-paced setting, and efficiently juggling multiple challenges simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients using SoftPro, ResWare, and Qualia software.

Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly.

Maintain documentation related to software support processes.
Requirements:
-
Proficiency in SoftPro, ResWare, and/or Qualia software.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education/Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support, preferably in the Title and Escrow industry.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field is desirable.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
