Your Tasks:

Analysis of food samples for physical, nutritional parameters as per IS/FSSAI/AOAC methods

Recording of initial analytical observations, necessary data and calculations.

Operating the lab instruments like pH meter, weighing balance, incubator etc as per authorization.

Preparation of standard solutions.Daily maintenance of lab equipment.

Following good laboratory practices.Following disposal process for samples & solutions as per SOP.

Accurate analysis and interpretation of test resultsMaintenance of laboratory documents and records
