Analyst, Commercial Procurement

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support in implementing sourcing strategy development and agenda setting with sectors and sourcing team.
• Process Purchase Requisition (PR), evaluating & classifying Bidder proposals “Technical & Commercial
• Tracking supply market trends (competitive pressures, new entrants, substituting products or services, changes in the value chain).
• Support in analyzing historical data of previous purchased projects to provide demand/consumption trends and track deviations
• Develop Weekly & Monthly report on Procurement “RFP/RFQ/RFI” projects status including post management contract and report to manager.
• Expedite Delivery Terms and Develop segmentation criteria and map supply base to desired relationship type with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier categories and nature of work based on company profile and related experience.
• Initiating and supporting different initiatives that can produce benefits to TAWAL in different areas and grant cost efficiency.
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet Section/Department objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
