The Opportunity
The Sattva Central Marketing team is the brand custodian and is responsible for enhancing brand awareness, positioning and engagement across all media channels. We are responsible for all Marketing activities undertaken for Brand Sattva and its associated initiatives (Decoding Impact, IDI, IPN). We manage (content, design, outreach and analytics for) all Sattva media channels i.e. the Sattva website, Social Media, Email Engagement, PR, Brand, Events etc
We are looking to onboard a creative design & video intern who can bridge the gap between complex social impact data and engaging visual content across our social media platforms. You will be an integral part of the team, turning deep-dive consulting insights and podcast conversations into compelling visual stories for a global audience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
While every day will be different, your responsibilities will include the following:
Work with the social media team to develop creatives for the week to ensure timely, regular content posts. This could include social media for Sattva or one of our initiatives - Decoding Impact, IDI, IPN
Participate in the discussions on digital marketing and support the team in the execution of the plan.
Take ownership of the "look and feel" of our posts, moving seamlessly between designing static LinkedIn carousels and editing short-form video highlights (Reels/Shorts) from our podcast recordings.
Support the team with visual development for the website, email newsletters, and event collateral, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
Analytics - You will be introduced to Sattva’s marketing dashboard to see how your designs perform. You will use these insights to iterate on your creatives, testing different layouts or video hooks to optimise reach and engagement.
Skills Required:
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Figma. Experience with Canva for quick-turnaround templates is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects. You should be comfortable with text overlays, transitions, and editing for rhythm and flow.
The ability to take a 60-minute podcast and identify the "visual hook."
High standards for typography, layout, color theory, data visualization (charts/infographics).
Agility, strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a self starter.
Agile and strong team player.
