Role:

The Analyst is a key member of the Equity & Partnership team , providing critical support across data management, reporting, process documentation, communications, and participant servicing. This role ensures operational accuracy and consistency while supporting existing team workflows and helping enhance overall efficiency.

The Analyst will work closely with the team to maintain core processes and deliverables, including processing of partnership and restricted stock equity. This role requires strong technical proficiency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

Workflow Processing, Data & Reporting

  • Initiate workflow processing for key transactions.
  • Support data entry, validation, and maintenance across equity and partnership systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of recurring and ad‑hoc reports.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify discrepancies or trends.

Process & Documentation

  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and workflow status to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support process improvement efforts by identifying administrative efficiencies and helping implement enhancements.

Team & Operational Support

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency across administrative activities.
  • Help manage shared mailboxes, dashboards, and tracking tools.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support overall team operations.




Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
