OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support execution of key experience moments and enterprise programs including TRGs, Heritage Months, and the Women’s Conference, coordinating logistics and partner communications.

  • Serve as project manager and primary point of contact for enterprise-wide Courtside Captains program and associated activations.

  • Support teammate experience and Human-Centered Design (HCD) consulting efforts (e.g., supporting HCD sessions, conducting teammate visits and focus groups across the business, etc.) by driving and/or coordinating HDC sessions, surfacing themes, and tracking outcomes.

  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs), providing operational support, guiding leads on programming and engagement strategies, and ensuring consistency with enterprise expectations

  • Develop and execute teammate-facing communications and internal marketing strategies that promote awareness, engagement, and clarity around experience programs.

  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that visualize teammate engagement trends, program reach, and business impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field required

  • 1 - 3 Years of experience including minimum 2 years of human resource, project management, human centered design, or a related discipline

  • Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • HRIS Platforms (e.g., Workday)

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar)

  • Familiarity with Human-Centered Design tools (e.g., Mural, Miro)

  • Familiarity with communication or design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, SharePoint)

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with an ability to translate insights into actionable deliverables (e.g., dashboards, summaries, etc.)

  • Strong facilitation and listening skills; able to conduct HCD sessions, focus groups, and teammate visits that surface meaningful insights

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Excellent communication skills, written, visual and verbal, with a track record of developing enterprise-level playbooks, decks, and toolkits
