Location: Personiv, an eClerx Company, Tidel Park, Coimbatore
Shift: Night Shift (Work from Office)

Job Description:
Responsible for researching and updating mailing addresses and phone numbers for return packages by analyzing API data. Unresolved cases are to be transferred to the calling team as per defined guidelines.

Required Skills:
• Strong online research and data collection abilities
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and collaborate effectively within a team

Selection Process:
• Level 1: Assessment
• Level 2: Face-to-Face Interview

Compensation: ₹15,000 per month
