Job Role / Responsibilities:

Reporting to Manager Finance – Off Campus Activities. Specifically, you will be responsible to:

• assist in planning, budgeting and accounting activities of the Off Campus activities
• prepare monthly financial reports, perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• prepare the financial feasibilities of the major projects / equipment
• assist in annual pricing exercise of Off Campus activities
• review and provide insights on project updates related to construction activities and capital
• perform costing for the diagnostic procedures/tests and assist in preparing packages with the stakeholders
• any other assignments assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

• ACCA/ACMA/CIMA Finalist or MBA with majors in Finance
• at least 2 years of related experience
• sound knowledge of overall financial systems including accounting principles and their applications
• proficiency in computers especially MS Office, particularly MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint tools is required
• excellent analytical skills
• be able to multi-task
• possess good interpersonal communication and report writing skills
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
