Position Summary

Prime Communications, AT&T's largest privately held authorized retailer with nearly 2,000 retail stores nationwide, is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the growing needs of our Financial Operations department. This department plays a vital role in driving Payroll Efficiency, Workforce Management Analysis, Schedule Optimization, and Operational Excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and improving business processes and policies to ensure operational and financial efficiency across the sales channel.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage updates to hourly employees' timecards, ensuring all missing-hour requests are accurately processed in a timely manner.

. Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

. Prepare, validate, and maintain recurring reports such as budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR) to improve processes and support business objectives.

. Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.

. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and macro creation).

. Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, including data modeling, automation, or use of AI-powered tools for analysis and reporting.
