SALARY

This position has a base salary range of $68,000.00 - $102,000.00 USD Annual . This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

Summary

This role supports enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis. This role will partner with key stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights to senior management.

Role And Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, net interest income forecasting, and long-range plans using advanced planning tools.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and investment decisions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards.
• Collaborate with business units to translate financial insights into operational strategies.
• Present planning & analysis findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and concisely.
• Enhance FP&A processes by adopting innovative technologies and best practices.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or similar a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support data-driven decision making.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in financial services and modeling net interest income.
• Familiarity with cloud-based planning platforms.
• Strong interest in innovation, continuous learning, and development.
