The Team

Work you’ll do

As a AM/DM/M in our Analytics team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting Credit Managers, Relationship Directors/Managers who are developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of corporate customers. We are looking for a person would be responsible for proactively managing/support the end-to-end lending process (Large/Mid Corporate clients) for the creation and issuance of facility/security agreements along with drawing / marking of new facilities. Person should be able to deal with complex and standard requests to agreed levels of accuracy and should be able to pro-actively drive cases to drawdown to meet client timelines and expectations whilst ensuring all regulatory/internal & legal procedures are adhered to.

Key skills requirements:

• Mainly (BA4) around 5 +yrs’ experience in financial Services with specific focus on Lending Operations

• 3+ years of previous experience in Facility/Security Documentations and Limit marking

• A detailed understanding of the end to end Corporate lending process and its component functions e.g. Client, Relationship point, Credit, Post sanction fulfilment

• Comprehensive knowledge of Operational & Rigour procedures, tools & practices

• Proven ability to apply detailed & comprehensive technical understanding in a coherent & logical manner.

• Strong Lending Experience backed with demonstrated understanding of key operations levers around Risk, BCM, Change etc.

Person Specification

• Excellent verbal & written communication & relationship skills.

• Negotiation skills e.g. to agree extended cut off times

• Excellent Accuracy and attention to detail

• Highly Adaptable –e.g. learn & flex over other job profiles.

• Preferably Post Graduate
