POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under general supervision, assists in short and long-term financial planning and analysis for measuring and forecasting future business performance.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with evaluating financial data, such as profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and rates of return, utilizing computer modeling techniques
Contributes to the analysis of external economic conditions, such as inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and their impact on business operations
Uses financial modeling to measure and forecast potential impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities
Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, finance or related discipline required.
Two (2) years experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit, or Operational Analysis
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving, analytical, communication and human relations skills required. Some Industrial Psychology knowledge required.
