Job Summary:


The Analyst, FP&A supports budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting by providing timely financial insights and evaluating business and project performance. The role contributes to decision-making through financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and cross-functional business partnering across the real estate portfolio.


Responsibilities are not limited to:


  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans across business units and projects.
  • Perform variance analysis for actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and financial trends.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support financial modeling and feasibility analysis for new real estate projects, including ROI, IRR, and NPV assessments.
  • Partner with business functions to gather data, validate assumptions, and provide financial insights.
  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and assess performance against approved plans.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives related to cost optimization, capital allocation, and investment planning.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and funding requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, reporting standards, and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager within the scope of the role.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Accounting.
  • 3-6 years relevant experience & ERP Knowledge
  • Prior experience with a construction, or real estate company, is desirable.
  • Experience in Excel, MS office.
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers communicate effectively in Arabic & English.
