The Analyst, Global Risk Management will provide essential support to the Risk Management team in delivering accurate data and effective solutions across Marine Insurance, Surety, and Payments areas. This role ensures timely underwriting data for global marine insurance renewals, manages post-renewal documentation, and supports financial instrument placements and renewals. Additionally, the Analyst contributes to strategic initiatives related to Cards and Alternative Payments across the Carnival Group. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Functions:

Provide support as needed with other Risk Management and Treasury related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Risk Management or related field. Professional qualification (CPA, CRM etc.) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Risk Management, Insurance or Treasury role. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, in particular, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of automation or AI tools beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
High attention to detail for managing documentation and financial instruments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Physical Demands: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Travel: Less than 25% non-shipboard travel likely
