Analyst - Health, Safety & Welfare - CDUP2035 (CDU911)

The Analyst, Health, Safety & Welfare will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of health, safety, and welfare (HSW) initiatives and programs within the Transport Business Unit (TBU) at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in monitoring compliance with HSW policies and regulations. The Analyst will collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to HSW standards.

Key responsibilities include performing HSW assessments, analyzing incidents and near misses, providing support for training and awareness initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HSW practices across the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in the construction or transport sector.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and other health and safety standards.
• Experience in data collection and analysis related to HSW performance.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
