W Health has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called 2070Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech , BabyMD and Everhope Oncology.

About the Role

We are looking for a Analyst for our portfolio company. This is on-site role combining strategic execution, research rigor, and operational leadership. You will work directly with the founders to design go-to-market strategies, drive growth outcomes, validate new venture ideas, and build repeatable playbooks for scaling healthcare businesses. This role requires someone who can seamlessly shift between big-picture thinking and hands-on implementation, while also staying at the forefront of health-tech trends.

Responsiblities

• Strategy & Launch
• • Lead 60-day launch plans for new units/programs
  • Build financial and operating models for viability & scalability
  • Create decks and business materials for leadership/partners
• Growth & Scale
• • Drive patient acquisition, referrals, and doctor engagement
  • Track and optimize key hospital metrics (PAC, LTV, utilization)
  • Set up commercial functions (salesforce, referral systems, training)
• Research & Opportunity
• • Analyze market trends, competitors, and health-tech models
  • Conduct assessments and validations with patients, doctors, administrators
  • Document insights into institutional playbooks
• Founders’ Office
• • Act as strategic partner to founders and leadership
  • Solve operational bottlenecks with data-driven approach
  • Develop SOPs and playbooks for scale-up
  • Align cross-functional teams and support leadership hiring

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, startup operations, or health-tech.
• Blend of analytical depth (research, financial modeling, market assessment) and execution excellence (project management, GTM, sales/ops setup).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable with investors, doctors, patients, and operators alike.
