Working as part of the HR Shared Services team (People’ Hub, Bangalore), you will be responsible for providing an effective and proactive HR support service to employees and managers located across world.

The Individual:

• Willingness to work in US/Canada shift (cab and shift allowance provided for non-standard hours).
• Strong written and communication skills (role is focused on written, not call-based, support).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, able to prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
• Customer-focused and passionate about supporting employees and Stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support HR processes in line with regional policies and guidelines.
• Manage and respond to employee queries via case management tools and email.
• Prepare standard correspondence for employees and external parties.
• Liaise with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues for information and support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support the People Hub team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
• Contribute to process improvements within the department.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate
• 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services role.
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High degree of accuracy
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work in multiple shifts (including night shifts).
• Previous customer service or internship experience is a plus.
