Job title: Analyst – HRIS
Job Summary:
Reporting to the HRIS Manager and working closely with the HR technology team, the HRIS Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Teams in using our HRIS systems correctly and assists them in resolving any problems they may have. With a passion for helping others, the candidate must be an effective communicator with excellent system skills and the ability to hone in on a problem to resolve it quickly.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Resolve support requests in SuccessFactors and work with Vendors on problem solutioning as second-tier support

Support the HRIS Manager on any functional enhancement requests (modules include Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Management, and Taleo Integration)

Support the activities identified in the HRIS Roadmap and governance strategy in partnership with IT, Security and business stakeholders.

Review and assist with updating HRIS file imports, such as salary changes, checklist allocation, etc.

Assist with User management and auditing (creation, managing permissions, audit user permissions and access provisioning for various systems used to support HR functions)

Participate in internal data governance audit reviews; identify and share requested improvements and ensure system users follow the best practice approach

Assist with internal and external audit requests

Drive quarterly patch testing process with internal teams to carry out tests and identify problems with new patch
-
Maintain system processes and requirements within configuration workbooks and other documentation
-
Has a high degree of understanding and adherence to the confidentiality of information

Maturity to be able to organize themselves to complete critical tasks first and rank less critical tasks correctly
Required Skills:
-
3+ years of overall HRIS or IT Support experience with a proven track record of assisting with resolution to regular problems

Functional contributor to system enhancements and changes
-
Release Management and integrations experience
-
Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills

Experience with an HRIS System (required)

Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Taleo (nice to have)

Experience with Workday (nice to have)
Preferred Areas of Education & Certifications:
- Degree in IT or HR
-
Knowledge of HR operations.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
