N/AResponsible for accurate data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting for the Human Resources and Occupational health departments. Performs compensation analysis to ensure both internal equity and market competitiveness. Turns information from multiple sources into comprehensive reports and meaningful analysis in support of strategic initiatives and Leadership decision-making.
Education/Training: Bachelors degree in related field required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation, Benefits, or HRIS. Three (3) years of experience with HR analytics. Must be proficient in Excel.
Licensure, Registration or Certification: HR certification preferred (CCP, HRIP, SHRM).
