General Responsibilities:
The Analyst I position performs a variety of duties, including assisting participants with completing enrollment paperwork for employees and vendors, answering questions about HR documents and Vendor applications via phone and/or email, processing payroll and payments for employees and vendors using time sheets and invoices, and collecting and updating participants’ budgets and spending plans. An Analyst position requires strong communication skills to interact eƯectively with customers and colleagues. It also demands independent judgment in preparing and processing fiscal activities and other transactions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and funding agency guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter Human Resources and Vendor documents into the system eƯiciently and promptly.
- Reviews all documents for completeness and accuracy and obtains missing information via phone or email, when applicable
- Effectively and professionally communicate with all participants, family members, employees, Service Coordinators, Regional Centers, and other external customers.
- Emails, mail, and phone calls – Read, prioritize, and summarize.
- Collects, updates, and processes new participant budgets and spending plans into the FMS software
- Helps resolve any questions or concerns with spending plans.
- Collecting, verifying, validating, and processing payroll timesheets.
- Resolution and documentation of timesheet discrepancies before generating a payroll transaction.
- Provide quick follow-up and resolution to payroll questions and concerns.
- Provide support to Employees on time sheet completion, understanding, and navigating the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
- Ensures timesheet compliance with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
- Processes Unemployment and Garnishments
- Update of direct deposit and address information for Employees
Who You Are:
- 2 years of experience with enrollment, onboarding
- 2 years of experience with payroll and FMS software
- 1 year of FEA experience
- Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in person.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, SharePoint, Excel, Etc.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality regarding all aspects of the position and its responsibilities
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-first mentality with the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels
