Job Description and Duties
Come join the State Parks Oceano Dunes team in beautiful Pismo Beach! The reporting location for this position is the Oceano Dunes District Office, located at 340 James Way Ste #270, Pismo Beach, CA 93449. Under the supervision of the Chief of Administration, Supervisor II, this position performs analytical tasks of average difficulty associated with procurement and contracts, agreement for services, budgets, and accounting. This position acts as the Coordinator Procurement Analyst Information including Information Technology (IT) and non-IT goods and services. It is also the Agency Telecommunications Representative (ATR) coordinator for the district, managing the district's wired and wireless telecommunications devices. The Procurement Analyst role requires in depth analytical review of policies and procedures to ensure appropriate procurement and contract methods are applied and assists with district projects and planning. Additional details are included in the attached Duty Statment.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
