Analyst I, Systems Operations

Overview:

Responsibilities

• Creating and Editing Web-intelligence and Desktop Intelligence Documents as per business requirements.
• Create VB Macros & MS-Excel, PowerPoint based on various data types & expected result sets.
• Automating data analysis process by creating excel macros.
• Creating or editing SQL queries to suite the requirements of data gathering and analysis.
• Generate reports either in HTML, PDF or RTF formats according to specifications.
• Analyze the results obtained from various statistical procedures and provide tangible forecast plans.
• Manage and maintain Data for integration with Data Mining tools.
• Extract information from a data set and transform it into an understandable structure for further use.
• Any other report generation or data analysis or any other related work required within DDA from time to time

Knowledge and Experience

• Basic English written and verbal communication skill and self-confidence to contribute and generate value adding services
• Should have knowledge of Macros
• Crystal Report / Report creation tools
• Data analysis understanding and various models of data analysis
• Basic understanding of SQL queries (Editing / creating)
• Should have experience creating Excel macros and pivot tables
• Cloud / SaaS understanding
• Effective communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Adapt to company culture and comply with all policies published time to time
