Overview:
Primarily responsibility for execution or facilitation of payment process and controls for the teams' Expenditure Management varied functions. Requires a broad skillset for firm, accounting, and analytical knowledge. Responsible for entry, upload, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of expense entries, and system jobs impacting payment and allocation of firm's AP and branch expense. The audit and review of work completed by others.
What You Will Do:-
Lead functional responsibility for the area and be the subject matter expert for the area and partner with key stakeholders. This could include leadership of stewardship meetings, vendor relationships, and influencing decisions, resource prioritization, SLAs, and deliverables.
- Inform and educate business areas as to the financial impact of decisions, as well as recommending a preferred solution to influence strategic decisions .

Review/audit and provide feedback on work performed by others. Ensure alignment with GAAP, IRS, and firm policies. Complete internal and external audit requests and provide responses.
- Develop and maintain a network of relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers and outsourced bill-pay partners impacting our area of responsibility to influence results.

Develop functional measurements to create awareness of, and accountability for results
- Prepare and summarize firm financial reports and analysis that facilitate the transformation of complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for decision making

Process, reconcile, resolved, and review general ledger accounts and transactions.
- Provide excellent service to escalated inquiries from internal service receivers and external vendors.
Identify, monitor, and proactively improve business processes, systems, identify risks and improve controls related to area of responsibility
