Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical programs from concept to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define program scope, goals, and timelines.
Develop and manage program plans, and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting program objectives.
Lead and manage technical program teams, including engineers, project managers, and other technical staff, to deliver high-quality results.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure program success.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive technical innovation and program improvement.
Collaborate with other program managers to share best practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive program excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in technical program management, with a focus on software development, IT, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing technical programs from concept to delivery.
Strong technical background, with experience in software development, IT, or a related field.
Excellent program management skills, with experience in project planning, and resource allocation.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing technical teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating technical risks.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with technical program management tools and platforms (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
