Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Analyst/Snr. Analyst/Expert Analyst who will be ready to take next step roles in a fast-growing business environment focusing on financial analysis in finance, business development and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the transactions in fixed-income income securities, equity markets, forex, and derivative products.
• Monitor international financial markets and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of portfolio and investment strategies.
• Support the management in conducting risk management assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support the management in preparing financial performance reports and investment analyses.
• Support the management during the development of new investment projects, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Support the management in conducting feasibility studies for international investment initiatives.
• Support the management in performing financial modeling including cash flow projections, IRR (Internal Rate of Return), and NPV (Net Present Value) analyses.
• Support the management in planing and monitoring project timelines and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Support the management in designing and implementing business plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Mathemathics Engineering, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, or a related field
• Having completed coursework in finance, investment, or financial mathematics in Business Administration would be an asset
• Experience in financial analysis, business development, project planning, and process management in the energy industry.
• Strong skills in market analysis and financial modeling.
• Developed understanding of international financial markets and instruments.
• Experience with fixed-income, equity, forex, and derivative markets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA; familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
