Purpose & Overall Relevance
The Manager, Business Planning & Forecasting will drive forecasting and performance analytics for
adidas eCommerce across Emerging Markets
. This role is accountable for delivering business targets through
accurate forecasting, data capabilities, and actionable insights
that enhance consumer understanding, expand digital reach, and improve customer engagement and advocacy.

in business planning, forecasting, and analytics—preferably within
apparel, fashion, or sports

strong technical expertise
(Excel, SQL/Alteryx, BI & analytics tools) with the ability to deliver
accurate forecasts, actionable insights, and growth recommendations
across multiple markets. Confident and collaborative, they can

Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Forecasting
-
Lead EM eCommerce
performance reporting
(sales, KPIs) and
forecasting processes
(reviews, accuracy tracking).

Identify
demand gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
; provide actionable recommendations to ensure targets are achieved.

Drive adoption of
forecasting and demand management frameworks
across stakeholders.

Ensure
accuracy and consistency
in reporting tools, data refreshes, and system updates.
-
Deliver
ad-hoc analyses, deep-dives, and contextual dashboards
from multiple data sources.

Define and monitor
KPIs
with stakeholders to track performance and uncover growth levers.

Build and maintain a
trusted stakeholder network
across markets, functions, and global teams.
Analytics & Insights

Support
product and trading analytics
, partnering with EM eCommerce Buying & Trading teams.

Develop
profitability frameworks (order- & article-level)
to inform marketing and assortment decisions.

Collaborate with business teams to
optimize adidas.com, partner platforms, and apps

Enhance
campaign effectiveness
with advanced data-driven targeting and measurement.

Track
market and competitor trends
, deriving insights to optimize EM eCommerce growth.

Contribute to the
adidas Digital community
by sharing knowledge on analytics tools and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience
-
Degree in
Business, Finance, Economics, Math
, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years’ experience
in eCommerce business planning, forecasting, analytics, or BI.

Experience in
eCommerce-driven industries
(preferably apparel, fashion, or sports).

Strong expertise in
data handling, integration, and multi-source analytics

Experience working in
cross-geography / matrix organizations
.
